Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders. Delivery is free within mainland UK only. The highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands will incur a £10 surcharge.

For deliveries to all other destinations including international deliveries please contact us in the first instance either by email or telephone.

For items held in stock delivery takes 7 -14 days although items are usually delivered within 3 days. For made to order, bespoke items or commissions, we will advise you of expected delivery lead times once we receive your order.

Please note that furniture deliveries include a 2 man crew (where required), who will deliver to a room of choice and remove all packaging materials.

Returns and Cancellations

For cancellations we charge a 10% fee of the total value of your order to cover our administration and restocking fees.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee provided the goods are still in their original packaging and are in perfect saleable condition. The 7 day period commences from the time the goods have been received and signed for. Any costs incurred through shipping are strictly non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return delivery charges.
